Wind power project in Guangdong to attract the European Investment Bank loans approved
January 11, according to the State Development and Reform Commission Web site disclosure, Development and Reform Commission in December 2009 had been approved by the European Investment Bank loans to finance wind power projects in Guangdong application report.
